Short Presentation

La Bahia de la Concha de Donostia San-Sebastian

Metrology Functional Design Engineer at ASML, a Dutch company engineering complex photolithography machines for electronic. My role at ASML consists in participating to the definition of machine level specification of different functions, such as functionality, algorithms, performance and reliability. Before working at ASML, I was working as a Physicist/Computational scientist at Simbeyond, a Dutch company developing software for organic electronic. My work there consists mainly into developing and implementing new methods in the field of organic semi-conductor. I did my PhD at the Centro de Fisica de Materiales in Donostia San-Sebastian (Spain). During my PhD, I got a strong expertise in Density Functional Theory (DFT) and other ab initio methods. I have been implementing new functionalities to the time-dependent DFT (TDDFT) code mbpt_lcao and its Python successor PyNAO.

I'm originally from the city of Bordeaux (France), where I got my Bachelor in Physics. I spent ione year in Germany for an Erasmus exchange at the Friedrich-Schiller universitate (Jena). There, I did the first part of my master at the Abbe School of Photonics, as well as an internship of six months in the group of Rachel Grange on second harmonic generation in Lithium Niobate nanowires. After Erasmus, I finished my master in Donostia San-Sebastion where I did my master project in the group of Daniel Sanchez-Portal, the same group in which I'm actually finishing my PhD.

MBPT_LCAO

MBPT_LCAO is abbreviation for Many-Body Perturbation Theory (MBPT) done with Linear Combination of Atomic Orbitals. The package is a tool to determine and analyze electronic structure of matter. The so far implemented features include Hartree-Fock (HF), time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT), Hedin's GW calculations for finite systems (molecules, atoms) and TDDFT for bulk systems.

ASE

ASE stand for Atomic Simulation Environment. It is python interface for scientific calculators as VASP, Siesta.... It is written by several developpers teams. The responsible of this code are the developpers of the GPAW code and therefore ASE is closely related to GPAW but it is as well able to use multitude of calculators.

ASE_MBPT_LCAO

ASE_MBPT_LCAO is a fork of the ASE program containing routines and utilities to plot and analyse data from mbpt_lcao.
